Returns
All vintage sales are final. We do not accept returns, and merchandise is sold as is.
Vintage items are secondhand and may have wear consistent with age and use. Please review all photos and description before purchasing. We are happy to provide more details or photos upon request.
We describe item condition to the best of our ability. If you feel that something has been misrepresented, please contact us.
Vintage Clause
We do not offer a warranty on vintage items. If something breaks or stops working after purchase, Chrome Jelly is not responsible. Chrome Jelly cannot fix, replace, or accept returns on vintage items.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping is available in the United States on most items. Please select shipping at checkout.
International Shipping
We can ship select items internationally. Please contact us with your address to place an international order.
Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes once a shipment reaches your country. The amount for customs fees depends on the dollar amount of your purchased products and the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount. Chrome Jelly is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your package.
Shipping time
Please allow 7-10 business days from purchase for your order to be shipped.
Insurance
All packages are insured. Should an item be lost in transit or arrive damaged, It is the responsibility of the buyer to file the claim with the delivery service. Please contact us if you need assistance filing the claim.
Local delivery
We offer local delivery for a small fee. Please contact us after purchase with your delivery address to arrange.
Local pickup
Since we do not have a public storefront, local pickup is not available. Please see “Local delivery” section.
