International Shipping

We can ship select items internationally. Please contact us with your address to place an international order.

Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes once a shipment reaches your country. The amount for customs fees depends on the dollar amount of your purchased products and the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown. Chrome Jelly is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your package.

Shipping time

Please allow 7-10 business days from purchase for your order to be shipped.

Insurance

All packages are insured. Should an item be lost in transit or arrive damaged, It is the responsibility of the buyer to file the claim with the delivery service. Please contact us if you need assistance filing the claim.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery in Manhattan & Brooklyn for a small fee. Please contact us after purchase with your delivery address to arrange.

Local pickup

Since we do not have a public storefront, local pickup is not available. Please see “Local delivery” section.
